**TL;DR:** Push Exploration stages when your heroes power up, keep the Lighthouse cleared, and treat the map as dangerous during war windows.

- Collect **Exploration** rewards regularly; push stages after hero upgrades.
- Use all **Arena** attempts and clear **Lighthouse** Intel daily.
- Kill your highest-level **beasts**; join **Polar Terror** rallies.

### Exploration

- Rewards build up over time in a chest, so collect them regularly.
- Only push a stage when your heroes are strong enough for it.
- Stuck? Try swapping formation order or leveling Exploration skills.

### Arena

- You get free challenge attempts every day. Use them all.
- Check the opponent’s lineup and positions before you attack.
- Arena daily rewards are calculated at the daily reset.

### World map

- **Lighthouse Intel** refreshes about **three times a day** (around 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 server time). Clear it at first login and after each refresh.
- Beast missions in Intel and Daily Missions use **stamina**.
- **Beasts** level up as you kill them. Kill your highest available level.
- **Polar Terrors** are fought in rallies. Join alliance rallies for loot.
