Ten minutes a day, done consistently, beats long sessions. Ticks reset with the in-game day (00:00 UTC).

**TL;DR:** Collect everything free, keep every queue busy, help the alliance, and spend stamina before it caps.

- [ ] Hit **beasts / Polar Terrors** with spare stamina
- [ ] Send **gatherers** out on every free march
- [ ] Tap **Alliance Help** and contribute to Alliance Tech
- [ ] Claim your **Alliance Gifts**
- [ ] Keep **construction, research and training** queues running
- [ ] Do your **Daybreak Island** tasks if you’ve unlocked it
- [ ] Finish **daily missions** and open the chests

### Before you log off

- Queue the **longest** build or research so it runs while you sleep.
- Send gathering marches to tiles you can finish before you return.
- Activate a **shield** if your state is in a battle window or you have no shield cover.
- Spend stamina before it caps so it keeps regenerating instead of wasting.
